Multi-country identity & address test data generator

Realistic Identity Data Generator

Generate localized identity and address data for 86 countries and regions. Every field comes from one record, follows that country's format, passes the official check digit where one exists, and reproduces exactly from a single identity key. It all runs in your browser.

The eight tools

Why the fields agree

  1. The same identity key with the same country and gender always regenerates exactly the same record; change the key and you get a different person.
  2. CPF, DNI, T.C. Kimlik No, CURP and RUT use each country's official check-digit algorithm, so the generated numbers pass it. US SSN is format-only, and the interface says so.
  3. Inside one country the administrative division, the city and the postal code come from a single record, so they cannot contradict each other.

Coverage

86 countries and regions, 2067 top-level administrative divisions and 262848 cities.

North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America are all covered, each with its own format rules and localized data.

What it is for — and what it is not

Every record is synthesised in your browser. Nothing here corresponds to a real person, address, account or document; the data is for software testing, form demos and seeding.

It must not be used for identity fraud, impersonation, forged documents, or any attempt to bypass identity verification.

US SSN is format-only: the interface labels it that way and no check-digit algorithm is applied.

Frequently asked questions

What is this site for?

It generates localized identity and address data for 86 countries and regions — the records you need to seed a staging database, exercise a sign-up form, or test an address and ID validation flow.

Does the generated data pass real ID validation?

Where a country publishes a check-digit algorithm, the number passes that arithmetic check. It is still synthetic data that belongs to nobody. A few countries are format-only, and the interface labels them.

Why does the same key always return the same result?

The identity key seeds every random choice. The same key, country and gender therefore reproduce an identical record, which is what lets you write a test assertion against it and rerun it later.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. Generation runs entirely in your browser: there is no sign-up, the data never goes to a server, and nothing about you is stored.

One identity key, one identical record

Both records below are generated from the same identity key and the same country. Generation happens entirely in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.

This is what lets a test pin a sample in its fixture: the record is reproducible, and so is a failure.
